I have owned the Nike Air Force 1 ‘07 in the all white colorway for three years. I purchased this shoe with the intention of using it for general wear at college as well as at home, Minneapolis. I would recommend this shoe for students in school or people who live in urban settings and are looking for a multi-purpose sneaker that they will wear on a regular basis. College and HomeOne thing you may be looking for if you're a college student (or even if you're not ) is cost-effectiveness. The Nike Air Force 1 has consistently retailed for $90. Additionally, Nike offers a 10% discount for university students which made this shoe fairly affordable. Over the years, this shoe has held up fairly well against the different seasons; notably Minnesota winters. Often people are concerned with wearing all white shoes as they tend to get dirtier quicker; however, the body of this shoe is made of leather. This causes the shoe to not be susceptible to stains and a lot easier to clean. The shoes will still yield creasing over time with wear, yet this is unavoidable with any shoe made of leather. This sneaker also remains comfortable after longs days of walking to and from classes as well as for work shifts reaching up to six hours. Whether you have narrow or wide feet this shoe will form to your particular foot size. Having flat feet, I need a shoe that offers extra arch support. The air force 1 offers just that with a sturdy sole that can support any foot width. ChinaOver the summer I opted to bring my air force ones as one of the two pairs of shoes for an eight week trip to China. Firstly, I chose these shoes for their versatility with my wardrobe. Since the air force 1’s are white they are quite neutral and can, therefore, be paired with any colored clothes you want. I also chose these sneakers because I anticipated that I’d be doing a lot of walking in China as well as occasionally playing basketball. The air forces worked just fine traveling within the city but lacked enough grip for anything more involved than that. Additionally, after repeated use of these shoes for basketball, the air bubble in the sole popped. Due to the air force’s performance in China, I would recommend you to not purchase these shoes for intense physical activities. Overall these shoes are ideal for you if you enjoy an iconic sneaker and want something that you can rely on. Although they lack capability in more physical activities, these kicks will be on your feet for practically anything else. 新上市網友一致推薦This was my first pair of Air Force 1 I had ever bought in my life. I had always wanted a pair and once I finally put them on my feet I wanted to buy another pair right away. At first the shoe felt a little bulky because I wasn't used to that big of a shoe, but after wearing them for a couple of days I got used to the bigger sole and how the feel on the feet. I love how they look and just how they are as a shoe in general. I would recommend this shoe to most people. If you are debating about getting them, buy them. Nike has a great return policy and if you don't want them (but I am pretty sure you will keep them) you can return them to nike.

吃魚是長壽秘訣？ 專家：降低死亡率近1倍
隨著健康觀念逐漸普及，醫療資源不斷在進步，人類平均壽命逐年成長！以長壽知名的日本15日公布一份研究報告，指出不吃魚的民眾罹患大動脈瘤與主動脈剝離的死亡率，比起常吃魚的民眾高一倍。
綜合日媒報導，日本國立癌症研究中心與筑波大學發表共同研究報告，以約36萬6000多人的40歲以上民眾為數據，將吃魚的頻率分成5種，分別是幾乎每天、每週3到4次、每週1到2次、每月1到2次以及幾乎不吃，結果發現幾乎不吃魚罹患大動脈瘤與主動脈剝離的死亡率，是每週吃1到2次的1.9倍，而其他吃魚頻率不同的死亡率則差異不大，吃魚確實跟降低心血管疾病死亡率有關。
而衛生署也指出，日本人較長壽、愛斯基摩人罹患心血管疾病的比例偏低，都和吃魚的習慣息息相關，魚類富含豐富的蛋白質，夾帶的脂肪也以Omega-3脂肪酸為主，是人體成長必備的營養素，人類透過攝取魚類豐富的蛋白後，可達到恢復體力、修補傷口、美容養顏、延緩老化、降低膽固醇、預防動脈硬化、心臟病等作用。
衛生署表示，魚類富含身體所需的微量礦物質，如香魚、沙丁魚等可以整條吞食的魚種，都是絕佳的鈣質來源，魚的肝臟中則含有豐富的脂溶性維他命A、D，魚肉則含有水溶性的維他命B6、B12、菸鹼酸等營養成分。而魚類還有幼兒成長發育需要的EPA及DHA，讓孩子適量攝取魚類食物，不但對生長發育有所幫助，也可以增強青少年和兒童的智力發展。
衛生署也提醒，不論是生食或熟食魚類，都要注意新鮮和衛生，調味方式建議以自然為重，不要加太多味精，只要注重均衡攝取各種魚類的營養即可。

睽違三年，日本永遠的可愛創作歌姬大塚愛終於回來了！大塚愛（Otsuka Ai）確定將於8/5（日）在永豐 Legacy Taipei 舉辦鋼琴自彈自唱演唱會，這是她第五度訪台，第三度在台舉辦自彈自唱演唱會，適逢今年她出道十五周年之際，這次睽違已久的台北公演外，也將前往大陸巡迴，舉辦亞洲巡迴「AIO PIANO at ASIA」自彈自唱演唱會，此消息一出立刻引起大批忠實樂迷的熱烈討論。
大塚愛日前接受日本媒體的訪問，聊到因為女兒喜歡聽她唱歌，所以才能一直堅持唱下去。而她也相信很多人都跟她女兒一樣，也喜歡聽她唱歌，儘管疼愛女兒，大塚愛卻表示：「其實最近有一個困擾的點，為了專心做音樂，我想要把長髮剪短，但女兒覺得留長比較好看，希望我保留長髮，讓我有點為難。」流露出親密的母女也會意見相左的幸福感。

至今「大塚愛」這名字仍為網路搜尋的熱門關鍵字，獨特持續發燒至今。對於未來，大塚愛表示：「會想找不同類型的音樂人合作，激盪出音樂的火花」致力於音樂上。為感謝樂迷的支持，就在大塚愛宣布來台開唱之際，唱片公司推出她的首張鋼琴自彈自唱錄音室作品《aio piano》，其中收錄了人氣樂曲《食夢貘》、《金魚花火》，以及上張專輯的《HEY!BEAR》《每一天，活下去的話》等歌曲。
